P2417O2 Sensor Signals Swapped Bank 2 Sensor 2 / Bank 2 Sensor 3

This code means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected that the upstream and downstream oxygen sensor signals on bank 2 are swapped or misrouted, so the voltage from the rear sensor is responding like a front sensor and vice versa. The PCM compares the switching activity of the two sensors and flags the fault when the expected front-to-rear signal pattern is reversed.
