P2761Torque Converter Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Control Circuit/Open

P2761 indicates that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an open circuit or excessive resistance in the electrical path for the torque converter clutch (TCC) pressure control solenoid. This solenoid regulates hydraulic pressure to engage the torque converter clutch, and when the circuit is compromised, the PCM cannot command lockup, often triggering the code and disabling the function.
