P24FESCR Catalyst Incorrect

P24FE indicates that the powertrain control module has determined the selective catalytic reduction catalyst is not reducing nitrogen oxides as efficiently as expected, based on the upstream and downstream nitrogen oxide sensor signals. The computer compares the expected drop in nitrogen oxides across the catalyst to the measured drop and sets this code when the performance falls outside the calibrated threshold.
