P241AO2 Sensor Signals Swapped Bank 1 Sensor 1 and Sensor 2

P241A indicates that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected that the electrical signals from the upstream oxygen sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1) and the downstream oxygen sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2) are swapped or reversed in their expected behavior. The PCM compares the two signals and sees that the sensor that should react quickly to fuel changes is responding like a downstream sensor, and vice versa, which means the computer cannot trust the air-fuel ratio feedback.
