P241BO2 Sensor Signals Swapped Bank 2 Sensor 1 and Sensor 2

This code means the engine computer has detected that the upstream and downstream oxygen sensor signals on bank 2 are swapped or inverted relative to what it expects. The computer is seeing the rear sensor's voltage behave like a front sensor and the front sensor behave like a rear sensor, which tells it the two signal circuits are likely crossed or misrouted.
