P2378 means the engine computer has detected an intermittent or erratic signal from the turbocharger inlet pressure sensor B circuit, which is the sensor that measures the pressure of the air entering the turbocharger compressor. The computer sets this code when the sensor voltage or pressure reading jumps, drops out, or behaves inconsistently over a short period, rather than failing completely.
