P2379O2 Sensor Out of Range During Deceleration Bank 2 Sensor 2

P2379 means the powertrain control module (PCM) saw the downstream oxygen sensor on bank 2 report a voltage outside its expected range while the engine was decelerating. During deceleration the PCM expects a lean exhaust signal, and a sensor stuck rich or swinging erratically sets this code.
