P2287Injector Control Pressure Sensor Circuit Intermittent

P2287 indicates that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an intermittent fault in the injector control pressure (ICP) sensor circuit. The ICP sensor reports fuel rail pressure to the PCM, which uses it to regulate the fuel injection control pressure; an intermittent signal causes the PCM to log the fault when the signal drops out or becomes erratic.
