P1351 · ChryslerIC Circuit High Voltage

P1351 on a Chrysler vehicle means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an abnormally high voltage on the ignition coil control circuit for a specific cylinder or coil pack. The PCM commands the coil to fire by pulling the control wire low, and when the voltage on that circuit stays higher than expected, the PCM flags the circuit as faulty and stores this code.
