U05A8Invalid Data Received From NOx Sensor C

U05A8 means the engine control module (ECM) received a data message from the nitrogen oxide (NOx) sensor C that it considers invalid, such as a missing, corrupted, or out-of-range signal. The ECM sets this code when the sensor's internal processing or communication checks fail, not necessarily when the sensor's physical reading is simply high or low.
