P2DE2Cold Start Fuel Injection Quantity D Lower Than Expected

P2DE2 means the engine computer commanded a specific cold-start fuel injection quantity for injector D, but the resulting combustion or fuel delivery did not match that expectation during the cold-start phase. The powertrain control module monitors cold-start fuel trim and injector performance, and it sets this code when the measured or inferred quantity for that injector is lower than the calibrated target.
