P2DE1Cold Start Fuel Injection Quantity C Higher Than Expected

P2DE1 means the engine computer commanded a specific cold-start fuel injection quantity for cylinder group C and then detected that the actual fuel delivered was higher than that command. During a cold start the computer expected a certain amount of fuel to be injected, but its feedback calculations showed more fuel went in than it asked for, which points to a metering or calibration fault rather than a simple misfire.
