P2CE9Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor C Circuit Intermittent/Erratic

P2CE9 means the engine computer has seen the particulate filter pressure sensor C circuit behave intermittently or erratically, so the signal jumps around or drops out instead of tracking soot loading smoothly. The computer compares the sensor voltage against expected behavior and flags this code when the readings are unstable rather than simply out of range.
