P2CD8Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor D Circuit Low

P2CD8 means the engine control module has detected an abnormally low voltage signal on the 'D' circuit of the turbocharger or supercharger boost sensor, which is the sensor that reports intake manifold pressure after the forced-induction device. The computer compares this signal against expected values and flags the circuit as low when the voltage stays below the plausible range for the current operating conditions.
