P2CBAFan 2 Overspeed

P2CBA indicates that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected the second cooling fan operating at a speed higher than the commanded or expected value, based on fan speed sensor feedback. The PCM compares the actual fan speed signal against its commanded duty cycle and sets this code when the measured speed exceeds the calibrated threshold for a set time.
