P2B41A Camshaft Position Actuator Position Sensor B Circuit Low Bank 1

P2B41 means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an abnormally low voltage signal on the Bank 1 camshaft position actuator B sensor circuit, which is the feedback sensor inside the variable valve timing actuator on the bank that contains cylinder one. The PCM compares this signal against expected values and flags the circuit as low when the voltage stays below the calibrated threshold for a set period.
