P2A4A means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an intermittent or erratic signal from the pressure sensor circuit of the alternative fuel tank labeled C. The PCM expects a steady voltage or pressure reading from that sensor, but the signal is dropping out, spiking, or jumping around unpredictably, so the circuit is flagged as unreliable.
