P2A45 means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an intermittent or erratic signal from the pressure sensor mounted on the alternative fuel tank designated as Tank B. The PCM expects a steady, plausible voltage or pressure reading from that sensor, and it flags this code when the signal jumps, drops out, or behaves unpredictably beyond a calibrated time window.
