P26DAEngine Coolant Pump Clutch Control Circuit High

P26DA means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an abnormally high voltage on the control circuit for the engine coolant pump clutch, which is the device that engages the pump to circulate coolant through the engine and heater core. The PCM expects a specific voltage range on the clutch control wire when commanding the clutch on or off, and a reading above the expected threshold indicates an open circuit, a short to voltage, or a failed clutch coil.
