P26CDEngine Coolant Pump Control Circuit High

P26CD indicates that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an abnormally high voltage on the control circuit for the engine coolant pump. The PCM expects the circuit to pull the voltage low when the pump is commanded on, but it sees the line staying near battery voltage, which points to an open circuit, a failed pump driver, or a wiring fault.
