DTC codes / P26xx · Computer and output circuits / P26CC
P26CC means the engine control module (ECM) has detected that the electrical circuit controlling the engine coolant pump is drawing less current or showing a lower voltage than expected when the pump is commanded on. This typically indicates an open circuit, a poor connection, or a failed pump that is not completing the circuit as designed.
Guidance is general and written for all OBD-II vehicles. Exact tests and values vary by model, so confirm the fault before replacing parts.
