P25F5Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor C Circuit High

P25F5 indicates the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an abnormally high voltage on the signal circuit of the turbocharger or supercharger boost sensor C. This sensor, often the third in a multi-sensor boost system, reports charge-air pressure to the PCM, and a high-voltage condition usually means the signal wire is shorted to a voltage source or the sensor's internal electronics have failed.
