P25F4Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor C Circuit Low

P25F4 indicates that the powertrain control module has detected an abnormally low voltage signal on the circuit for Boost Sensor C, which is one of the turbocharger or supercharger boost pressure sensors. The computer expects a voltage within a calibrated range that rises with boost pressure, and a low reading tells it the sensor circuit is shorted to ground, open, or otherwise not reporting correctly.
