P25E7B Camshaft Position - Unable to Achieve Locked Position Bank 2

This code means the engine computer commanded the bank 2 camshaft phaser to lock into its base timing position, but the camshaft did not actually move to or stay in that locked position. The computer monitors camshaft position versus crankshaft position and sets this code when the expected locked timing cannot be achieved.
