P25E1A Camshaft Position - Unable to Achieve Locked Position Bank 2

This code means the engine computer commanded the bank 2 camshaft phaser to lock into its base timing position and the phaser failed to confirm that it actually locked. The computer monitors camshaft position relative to crankshaft position and sets P25E1 when the measured cam angle does not settle into the expected locked window within the calibrated time.
