P25C3Alternative Fuel Disable Signal Circuit Low

P25C3 indicates that the powertrain control module has detected a low voltage condition on the alternative fuel disable signal circuit, which is used to shut off alternative fuel delivery when the vehicle switches to gasoline or when a safety condition requires it. The computer expects a specific voltage on this circuit and sees it pulled below the acceptable threshold, so it flags the circuit as low.
