P25A0Turbocharger B Boost Control Position At Low Limit

P25A0 means the engine computer commanded the turbocharger's boost control actuator to a specific position, but the actuator's position sensor reported it was stuck at or below the lowest expected limit. The variable-geometry or wastegate mechanism is not moving as far as the computer expects, so boost control is compromised.
