P23B2NOx Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low Bank 1 Sensor 3

P23B2 means the engine control module has detected a low-voltage condition on the heater control circuit for the third nitrogen oxide (NOx) sensor on bank 1, which is the side of the engine containing cylinder one. The heater element inside the sensor is not drawing the current the module expects, so the sensor cannot reach operating temperature and the module sets this fault while disabling closed-loop NOx control.
