P22D9Cylinder 1 Alternative Fuel Injector Control Circuit/Open

P22D9 indicates that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an open circuit or excessive resistance in the control circuit for the alternative fuel injector on cylinder 1. This means the computer is not seeing the expected electrical load when it commands the injector to fire, so the injector may not be delivering fuel on that cylinder.
