P2276O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 2 Sensor 3)

P2276 means the engine computer has detected that the downstream oxygen sensor on bank 2 (the side of the engine that does not contain cylinder 1) is reporting a lean exhaust condition and that the signal is stuck, meaning it is not responding to changes in the air-fuel mixture as it should. The computer monitors this sensor after the catalytic converter to verify catalyst efficiency and fuel control, and it sets this code when the sensor voltage remains below a calibrated threshold for too long without the expected switching activity.
