P2275O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Rich (Bank 1 Sensor 3)

P2275 means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected that the downstream oxygen sensor on bank 1, sensor 3, is reporting a rich exhaust condition and the signal is not responding to changes in fuel trim. The PCM expects the post-catalyst sensor to oscillate or switch, but instead it sees a steady rich voltage that stays above the lean threshold for too long.
