P059DActive Grille Air Shutter A Position Sensor Circuit Low

P059D means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected a low-voltage signal from the position sensor circuit of active grille air shutter 'A', which is the sensor that reports how far the shutter vanes are open or closed. The circuit voltage has fallen below the calibrated minimum, so the PCM cannot trust the shutter position feedback and sets this code.
