P0565Cruise Control On Signal

P0565 means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an unexpected signal on the cruise control on circuit, typically when the ignition is on and the cruise switch is not being pressed. The PCM monitors the cruise control switch input and sets this code when the voltage on the signal circuit does not match the expected state for the switch position.
