P0125Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Fuel Control

P0125 means the engine computer (ECM) has not seen the coolant temperature rise enough to enter closed-loop fuel control within the time or distance it expects after a cold start. The ECM is comparing coolant temperature sensor readings against a modeled warm-up curve, and the engine is staying in open-loop fuel control far too long.
