P1519 · ChryslerElectronic Throttle Module Low Volts Communication Disable

P1519 on Chrysler vehicles means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected a low-voltage condition on the communication circuit that feeds the electronic throttle module (ETM), so it has disabled throttle communication as a protective measure. The PCM monitors the voltage on the ETM's dedicated serial data line and sets this code when the signal falls below the expected threshold for a calibrated amount of time.
