B00B1Driver Seat Occupant Classification Sensor B

B00B1 means the occupant classification sensor for the driver's seat, often called the weight or bladder sensor, is reporting a fault to the airbag control module. The computer has detected an out-of-range signal or a circuit problem in sensor B, so it cannot reliably tell whether the driver's seat is occupied and may alter airbag deployment strategy.
