U3011Ignition Input Off

U3011 is a generic network communication code indicating that a module on the vehicle's controller area network (CAN) bus has reported the ignition input signal as off when it should be on. The computer detected a mismatch between the ignition switch state and the voltage seen at a module's ignition input circuit, which can prevent that module from waking up or communicating properly.
