P2DD4Control Pilot Charging Switch B Stuck On

P2DD4 means the control pilot circuit has detected that the charging switch B contact is stuck in the closed, or on, position when the vehicle's charging system expects it to be open. The computer monitors the pilot line voltage and sees a continuous closed-circuit condition that does not change with commanded state, so it flags the switch as stuck on.
