P2D1AExhaust Flow Control Valve C Position Circuit High

P2D1A indicates that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an abnormally high voltage on the position signal circuit for exhaust flow control valve C, which usually means the signal wire is shorted to voltage or the valve's internal position sensor has failed. The PCM expects the position sensor to return a voltage within a calibrated range as the valve moves, and a high reading tells it the valve is not where it should be or the feedback circuit is compromised.
