P2CD9Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Sensor D Circuit High

P2CD9 means the engine computer has detected an abnormally high voltage on the signal circuit for the turbocharger or supercharger boost sensor D, which is one of several sensors used to monitor boost pressure. The computer expects the sensor's output to stay within a calibrated range, and a high reading usually points to a wiring short to voltage, a poor ground reference, or a failed sensor.
