P2CB3Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump B Stuck/Stalled

P2CB3 indicates that the powertrain control module has detected a stuck or stalled condition in the electric coolant pump that circulates liquid through the charge air cooler circuit, often called pump B. The computer commands the pump on and monitors feedback, and it sets this code when the pump fails to respond, draws abnormal current, or does not build expected pressure within a calibrated time.
