P2C7FTurbocharger Turbine Inlet Valve Position Sensor Exceeded Learning Limit

P2C7F means the engine computer has learned that the turbocharger turbine inlet valve position sensor's feedback no longer falls within the expected range during its self-calibration routine. The powertrain control module (PCM) commands the valve through a known sweep and compares the sensor's reported position to what it expects, and when the learned offset exceeds the stored limit, it sets this code.
