P2C7ASCR NOx Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1 Catalyst 2

P2C7A indicates that the powertrain control module has determined the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system's second nitrogen oxide (NOx) catalyst, on bank 1, is not converting NOx efficiently enough. The computer monitors NOx sensors before and after the catalyst and sets this code when the downstream sensor reports a conversion rate below the calibrated threshold.
