P2C2DTurbocharger/Supercharger Bypass Valve B Position Exceeded Learning Limit

P2C2D means the engine computer commanded the turbocharger or supercharger bypass valve B to a certain position, but the valve's feedback signal stayed outside the learned acceptable range for too long. The powertrain control module (PCM) monitors the valve's actual position against its commanded position and sets this code when the deviation exceeds the learned limit.
