P2B22Hybrid/EV Electronics Coolant Temperature Sensor B Circuit Low

P2B22 means the hybrid or electric vehicle control module has detected an abnormally low voltage signal from the coolant temperature sensor that monitors the electronics cooling loop, identified as sensor B.
