P2AFEEngine Coolant Temperature Sensor 4 Circuit Low

P2AFE indicates that the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected an abnormally low voltage signal on the circuit for engine coolant temperature sensor number four. The PCM expects a voltage that varies with coolant temperature, and a low reading tells it the sensor circuit is shorted to ground or otherwise reading colder than physically possible.
