P2ACFReductant Temperature Sensor B Circuit High

P2ACF means the engine control module has detected an abnormally high voltage on the signal circuit for reductant temperature sensor B, which is a second temperature sensor used to monitor the diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) system. The sensor's resistance normally changes with temperature, and a high voltage reading tells the module that the circuit is open, shorted to voltage, or the sensor has failed in a way that produces an unrealistically high signal.
