P2A11O2 Sensor Negative Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 3

P2A11 means the engine control module (ECM) has detected a negative voltage on the signal circuit of the downstream oxygen sensor on bank 2, which is the side of the engine that does not contain cylinder number one. A properly functioning oxygen sensor produces a voltage between roughly 0.1 and 0.9 volts, so a reading below zero volts indicates a wiring short, a sensor fault, or an ECM interpretation error rather than a normal lean or rich condition.
