P2A06O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Bank 1 Sensor 4

P2A06 means the powertrain control module (PCM) has detected that the downstream oxygen sensor on bank 1, sensor 4, is not switching or responding within the range and performance window the computer expects during its self-tests. The PCM compares the sensor's signal against other oxygen sensors and operating conditions, and it flags this code when the signal stays too flat, too slow, or outside the expected voltage range for the current engine load.
