P26F1Starter Relay A Stuck Off

P26F1 means the engine control module (ECM) commanded the starter relay on, but the circuit remained electrically open or the relay contacts stayed open, so no current reached the starter solenoid. The ECM detects this by monitoring the relay control circuit and the starter current feedback, and it sets the code when the expected voltage or current signature is missing during a crank request.
